One of my favorite gifts to open each year are my Christmas pajamas. I love the tradition of getting to open them as my one gift on Christmas Eve so that I can wear them the next morning. And it seems as if each year the Christmas Pajamas just get cuter and cuter! There were definitely some questionable pajama choices in my past as evidenced by old Christmas photos, lol.

Holiday List Sweatshirt

How cute is this sweatshirt?! It basically sums up my feelings on this time of year perfectly. It's also the comfiest thing ever. I wore a cowl-neck top underneath it, skinny jeans, and black accessories for a casual holiday look. It also looks great by itself or with a plaid flannel shirt underneath. I can't wait to wear it non-stop for the next month -- Bring on the holidays!

Holiday Gift Guide: For the Hostess

One of my favorite gifts to buy each year is for the host/hostess. I know how much work it can be to throw a party so I always like to bring a gift of thanks to the hosts of the holiday parties that Colton and I attend. I feel like there's never a shortage of cute hostess gifts so it's always fun to go shopping for them. If only trying to find gifts for my husband and mom were this easy and fun!

One of the easiest gifts you can give is a nice bottle of wine or sparkling cider. I love the ugly sweater bottle holder and the Christmas lights bottle tags as a cute way to dress it up. I also love the monogram coaster set. It comes in over twenty colors including a few glitter colors and a mirrored version.

Plaid Poncho

Good morning! I may or may not have an obsession with this poncho. It's so comfy, the price is unbeatable, and it can be thrown on over just about anything. The last time I wore it (seen here) it wasn't quite as cold out so I paired it with flats and a t-shirt. 

This week, the high has been in the 60s which is freezing for us Arizonans! I decided to wear my OTK boots and a turtleneck to stay warm. I put on my favorite holiday red lipstick to complete the look.

Holiday Home Decor

Good Morning! I'm so excited to be sharing the first of many holiday posts coming up in the next several weeks. I couldn't think of a better way to kick off the holiday season on my blog than to share my favorite holiday home decor items, since decorating the house is always the first thing I do to get myself into the spirit.

As you can probably tell from the items I picked out, I've got a thing for metallic and neutral Christmas decor. Colton is more of a traditional guy, so I like to add in pops of red decorations throughout our home to give it a classic meets modern Christmas-y feel.

Confession: Colton and I actually decorated our house last weekend for Christmas. I'm usually the one who refuses to put up a single Christmas decoration until Thanksgiving is over, but we didn't get to put up any decorations last year because of major home renovations so we're going all out this year! We're holding off on decorating outside and putting up our lights until Thanksgiving weekend so we don't drive our neighbors too crazy with all of our Christmas spirit, lol.
