No, it's not the time of the year where we get to put up lights, bake cookies, drink eggnog, and open presents.
It's when we eat chicken wings, drink beer, scream obscenities at the television, and dress in our favorite team's colors.
AKA...football season!
Alas, the day had finally come.
An ASU (Arizona State University) Saturday home game.

You see, we had already played one home game but it was on a Thursday night.
And at my ripe old age of 24, there was just no way I'd be attending.
I watched it on the comfort of my couch and it's a good thing because the game was a total doozy.
We won 65-6.

I promise you it's not some gang sign, but rather the universal ASU symbol for sticking a fork in the other team.

yay for football season! Since I went to a tiny small private college I didn't have the 'college football gameday' experience. I am a big UGA fan though and haven't been to a game in years. Hopefully that might be able to change this season.

College Football is such a highlight of the fall- my team just beat our rivals for the second year in a row after losing for too many years so it's really exciting! Glad you had a good first game of the year!
