labor day weekend in instagrams

Oh, hi.
How are you today?
I'm fabulous.
Usually I have a hard time adjusting to the Tuesday after a three day weekend but I'm feeling pretty great.
You see, this weekend was spent doing a whole lot of nothing.
And by nothing, I mean watching the first six episodes of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."
Something that doesn't usually get to happen while juggling full time school and a 30 hour work week.
I'd like to formally thank my professors for being kind and not overloading me with too much homework on a holiday weekend.
Here's a quick recap of what I did (besides sit on my bum and watch far too many hours of TV) :

a. I spent lots of time snuggling my baby bean. I think what she's trying to say in this photo is, "Can I have my treat yet?"

b. Just a day in the life of Superman...aka my two year old brother, Mace.

c. Nails. Nails. Nails. 

P.S. I've had them for two full days and no chips. That, my friend, is a record for me.

d. When Superman Mace comes over this is where Zoey hides. Two pound dogs and two year olds are a scary combination.

e. Colton got all caught up on Pretty Little Liars. He's just as shocked as I was.

f. My two favorite guys.

g. Late night sushi date.

h. "Sushi chefs do it standing up."

i. Maximus (brother) played in his first football game ever! His team won 14-6. My dad would have been so proud <3

j. Justin and Mace cheering on Max.

k. Mace ran up to Max after the game to give him a big hug. Heart = Melted.

l. Victory tunnel!

m. Face painting at Old Navy. We decided to turn Mace into a pirate. As you can see, he was super excited. And by excited, I mean it was nap time and he was legitimately falling asleep in the face painting process.

n. Let me just brag about Colton for a quick second. Wanna know how he spent his Saturday night? He had a "guys night" with my 7 year old brother and 10 year old cousin. This consisted of pigging out on chicken wings and junk food (as seen in the photo), playing lots of video games, watching movies, staying up late, and slumber partying. Oh, and the next morning he even got them donuts. He's a keeper.

o. While Colton had guys night, I went to Toby Keith's to get my country on.

q. Sunday night. Double date with Makenzie and Luke. I feel like I should mention that Colton is 100% sober in this photo, he just has a tendency to close his eyes whenever a picture is being taken. It's awesome, I know.

r. Makenzie and Luke. Makenzie is my sister in case you were wondering who the girl that looks like my twin is.

s. Bahahahaha! This photo seriously cracks me up. Colton had this shirt buttoned up to the top and I told him he looked like a nerd and that he needed to undo a button. Cleeeeearly, I was wrong. He looks like the husbands on the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Particularly Joe Giudice.

t. This is what happens when you go on double dates with your sister. 

Things just start getting weird.
